These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the Bet Bisa platform and all associated services. By visiting betbisa.biz or downloading the Bet Bisa app, you automatically agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of Bet Bisa.

Definitions of key terms used in this document:

• "Platform" refers to the betbisa.biz website and the Bet Bisa mobile application.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual registered on Bet Bisa.
• "Account" refers to your personal profile and wallet on Bet Bisa.
• "Bet" or "Wager" refers to placing money on any game or event.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional offer provided by Bet Bisa.

Bet Bisa reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

To create an account on Bet Bisa, you must provide accurate and truthful information. If an account is opened with false or incorrect details, Bet Bisa reserves the right to suspend that account at any time and withhold any deposited funds.

• Each individual may only One Account can be opened. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• The mobile number or email address provided at registration must be verified.
• As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, you may be required to submit a copy of your national ID card or passport.
• Keeping your account password secure is entirely your responsibility.

Bet Bisa reserves the right to verify the details of any account. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete. This is done entirely for your security.

Minimum Age to Participate on Bet Bisa 18 Years. Registration is strictly prohibited for anyone under 18 years of age. Bet Bisa may request age verification documents at any time.

Additionally, accounts cannot be opened in the following cases:

• Any person residing in a country or region where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Anyone who has already self-excluded from Bet Bisa.
• Close relatives of Bet Bisa employees.

Bet Bisa supports all major payment methods in Bangladesh. The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bet Bisa may place a hold on withdrawals in the case of suspicious transactions.

• If a technical error causes an incorrect result to be displayed, Bet Bisa reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Real-time odds apply to live betting — once a bet is placed, the odds will not change.
• Results for all Sports Betting — including cricket, football, and more — will be determined based on official match outcomes.
• Any evidence of match-fixing or use of insider information will result in immediate account closure.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bet Bisa and will result in permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Bonus abuse — such as claiming bonuses across multiple accounts.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's software.
• Threatening or harassing other members.
• Placing bets using robots, bots, or automated software.
• Using a false identity or fraudulent documents.

Bet Bisa may close or suspend any account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a Terms and Conditions violation.
• In the case of suspicious or unusual transactions.
• Failure to submit verified documentation.
• The member has submitted a Self-Exclusion request.

You may close your account at any time. In that case, your remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded, though any active bets will be settled through the standard process.

Bet Bisa takes responsible gaming very seriously. We want every player to enjoy the experience — free from addiction or financial harm.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Limit: Set a daily limit on how long you play.
• Cooling-Off: Take a temporary break from your account.
• Self-Exclusion: Contact support to self-exclude for an extended period.

For any dispute or complaint, please contact the Bet Bisa support team first. We typically respond to all complaints within 24 hours.

• Once a complaint is submitted, Bet Bisa will complete its investigation within 7 business days.
• The outcome of the investigation will be communicated via email.
• Bet Bisa's decision shall be considered final.
